Further south than Bwindi, Mount Gahinga Lodge is nestled in the foothills of the dramatic Virunga volcanoes and lies on the border of Uganda, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The views are breathtaking from each of the nine bandas and an ideal base from which to track gorilla, climb a volcano or enjoy the various bird species in the area.
