Set on the Tanzanian border, Amboseli is perhaps the best place from which to view the shy Mt. Kilimanjaro.  “Kili”, at times, chooses to hide its majestic beauty under a veil of clouds but when she decides to reveal herself you can’t help but be struck by her phenomenal beauty. 

Amboseli National Park is known for its abundance of elephants and giraffes and is home to the highly regarded Cynthia Moss Elephant Research Center.  This park is a wonderful introduction to Kenya.
