Located in a remote corner of the seldom visited northern corridor of the Serengeti, Sayari provides a luxurious, intimate safari experience. This location is a great option to the much more heavily trafficked Masai Mara with which it shares a border. Good management, great service, knowledgeable /fun guides, as well as excellent food and drink make this a grand choice especially between mid July and November when the Great Migration is in the area.
Lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant and large herds of antelope call the
adjacent plains and riverine forest home. The nearby Mara River, filled
with hippos and crocodiles, is the scene of numerous crossings as the
migration move back and forth between the northern Serengeti and the
Masai Mara in search of green grass.
The eight en-suite luxury tents are stylishly furnished and feature a large private verandah complete with a cozy sofa for lazy afternoon siestas. Sayari prides itself on its food and service and it lives up to its promise.
